History
PT. Solusindo Daya Prima is a division of KHRISNA GROUP's management
whose mission is to provide Information Technology Services & “ASP”
(Application Service Provider).
PT. Solusindo Daya Prima was founded on the 22nd of November 2005, at
which time the firm was introduced as PT. Sarana Teknologi Informasi,
however, after having made suitable changes outlined in The Akte Perusahaan
of 23rd December 2005, was re-introduced as PT. Solusindo Daya Prima.
The establishment and changes to the firm's legal name were adjusted to
and motivated by the development of current information technologies and
by the ever-increasing demands of the Information Technology industry
on into the future.
The actual operational function of the company was escalated early in 2001, at which time we were still under PT. Kecak DotCom's control & management, and with one of the unit business named ‘K-Tech’ we have finally finished the development & offer maintenance of IT Systems, such as:
- Warehousing Information System (acceptance, billing & financial report) integrated basis.
- Accounting information System.
- Human Resources Development Information System.
- Web Development Services.
- Dbase Networking & Maintenance Services.

November 2005 – 2006
Initial phase, set up of internal infrastructure of technology and information
by conducting research, developing trial and error analysis to produce
market-ready software products.
April 2006
Proposes an E-Government implementation for the Indonesian Government,
first aimed at the local government (SIMPEDA – Sistem Informasi pemerintahan
Daerah), to boost the effectiveness of governmental endorsements and the
quality of public services resulting in increased efficiency and accountability.
March 2007 – 2010
PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Ngurah Rai International Airport appoints
PT. Solusindo Daya Prima to manage their Integrated Cashier System (Sistem
Kasir Terpadu/ Pusdakom SIR) which has approximately 300 tenants spreading
along the International and Domestic departure terminal. Out from this
came the launch of ‘Replica+’, which is an advanced retail information
system.
November 2007 – 2008
Requested by The Seminyak Suite Villa and Seminyak Estate & Spa to
implement Trobex Hotel Software Application for their business as the
information system platform.
Since February 2008
Partnered with PT. Supernova Indo Putra to set up an IT system, using
‘Replica+’ to run the store retail management.
